Kit Songs

Come with me into the trees Where the wind goes whispering through the leaves A great big bear is taking a nap A little red fox has a snack in his lap A wise old owl says hoot hoot hoot A bunny hops by in her furry brown suit A deer with antlers takes a peek A squirrel runs up to a tree to seek Animals, animals, everywhere we go In the forest, on the plains, where the cold winds blow Animals, animals, big and tall and small Come along with me and we will meet them all Come with me out to the plains Where the tall grass dances and the sun reigns A buffalo rolls in the dust A wild horse runs because run he must A prairie dog pops up to say hi A red-tailed hawk goes sailing by A coyote sings to the moon An antelope leaps to a happy tune Animals, animals, everywhere we go In the forest, on the plains, where the cold winds blow Animals, animals, big and tall and small Come along with me and we will meet them all Come with me where the ice is white Where the snow falls soft and the stars shine bright A polar bear walks across the snow A fuzzy seal flippers down below A walrus laughs with his big white tusks An arctic fox runs from dawn till dusk A snowy owl flies without a sound A reindeer trots on the frozen ground Animals, animals, everywhere we go In the forest, on the plains, where the cold winds blow Animals, animals, big and tall and small Come along with me and we will meet them all From the trees to the plains to the ice and snow There are animals everywhere we go Animals, animals, big and tall and small And I love them, yes I love them all
